What a beautiful spring we are having here in San Antonio, TX.  This weather really makes me happy that I am back home in my pretty city.  So the other evening I photographed three lovely ladies in the most spectacular field of wild flowers and yes, there were even bluebonnets here.  Thank you Kellie, Jaime and Ryan for a great time, great outfits, and the chance to create some beautiful images for your family.
Here is a sneak peak.
Anna :)

So I met Justine a few months ago and even though she and Hubby Jaime have been married for a year, they never got a chance to do engagement photos. They are such a sweet couple and really were so excited and totally into the whole session.   We had such a great time photographing today, all over San Antonio.   Justine, thank you for bringing such amazing changes of clothes and cool props.  And of course a big huge thank you goes out to our model in the making Jaime, he practiced quite a bit before the shoot.
Thank you for such a fun evening.
Anna :)

First I have to say that little Miss Cassie is probably one of the sweetest people inside and out that I have ever met.  I was so honored to photograph her bridal session this past Saturday and Kaycee and I are so looking forward to her wedding to Joe in New York City next month.  Since I am a location photographer, it is so important to me to find unique locations  in San Antonio that really reflect your personal style.  Thank you Nancy, Cassie, and Heidi for seeing my vision and I really hope you like the outcome.
MORE TO COME:
Cassie's images will be up after her May 8th wedding so stay tuned.
Anna :)

I can't believe that for a brief (very brief) moment today in San Antonio, Texas it snowed!  I was with my nephews today when all of a sudden we look outside to see snow.  Here are two images I grabbed while it was coming down.
So cute,
Anna

This past week was my birthday and I really just wanted to put a post up about how truly lucky I am to have such an amazing group of friends and supportive family to lift me up with every new turn of my life.  I am so excited about what is ahead for this year and even already next year.  Coming up in May, Kaycee and I will be traveling to New York city for a very special wedding and also an engagement session for a bride and groom who live in New York, but will be getting married in Telluride, CO. So you could say we are killing two birds with one stone by getting to hang out in NYC for two amazing clients.   A week of festivities, photographing and of course exploring the city will be so awesome, we already are buzzing with what new ideas we have and of course we  can't wait to run in central park :)  Other weddings we are so blessed to have on the books will be taking us back and forth from Washington State and Colorado this summer (literally bouncing us back and forth) and we have our fingers crossed  that there will be some new additions to Texas weddings this coming wedding season.  Next year we have already started booking for our destination weddings and are excited to announce Australia, Tunisia, and Hawaii are all on our list for  2011, we are jumping up and down with excitement.  Well there was my little info for this coming year and next, and love to share it with all of you who check out the blog.
Have a beautiful rest of your week,
Anna :)
